  2. Even without planning permission, the price of Romanian land has been rising steadily, outstripping many other types of investment.

We bring together specialists in land investments, land use consultants and planning experts. We spend hundreds of hours, and travel thousands of miles, finding land suitable for development. Our prime concerns are that:

  • is an area where there is a need for more housing
